  • How do I book an appointment?

    To book an appointment you can contact us several ways – call us on 9381 1026, email us at massage@vibrantlife.com.au or click here to open our online booking program.

  • How do I cancel an appointment?

    The best way to cancel an appointment varies depending on how you originally booked, and how long it is before your appointment time. Either call or email us if it is less than 3 hours before your scheduled time or you can cancel online if it is more than 3 hours before your start time.

    Just remember that anything less than 12 hours notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Do I need to schedule a consultation?

    We encourage clients to call or email us if you are looking for a last-minute appointment, but unfortunately we don’t cater to walk-ins as we are usually fully booked most days.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that sometimes life gets away from us, and we don’t always control events that happen, but we do have a 12 hour notice requirement for cancellations.

    We reserve the right to apply a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation with less than 12 hours notice .  After all, someone else might have benefited from a treatment, but was prevented because we were booked.
