  • How soon after surgery can I have an a massage or Manuel Lymphatic drainage session.

  • Do I need an initial consultation?

If you have never been to our clinic before we do recommend you book for a 75 minute remedial session. This allows your therapist to go through your health form and expectations extensively and ensure you get the most suitable valued 60 minute treatment.

  • How much does a consultation cost?

Our consultations vary from $65 to $140 depending on your preferred time slot; the most popular being a 60 minute session at $95.

Our online booking system is easy and convenient to use; however all of our online bookings are approved by one of our (human) team members. This is usually done very efficiently. If there are any query’s or you have accidentally booked an appointment you do not want please feel free to send us an email or call our clinic.

  • I have health Insurance, how much will I get back.

This depends on your chosen health fund and how much you are covered for. We can provide item codes which you can then give to your health insurance and they may be able to give you a direct amount you are covered for. Just ring our clinic and speak to one of our friendly therapists.

  • I have an appointment booked but can no longer attend

Life is busy and this is something we understand to the core. As a small business we appreciate each and every one of our clients however if you cannot attend your appointment we do ask that you give us a minimum of 12 hours notice as our therapists are usually fully booked and have a wait list. We do have a cancellation policy and encourage all of our clients to read and adhere too however we do approach each situation individually.

  • How do I cancel an appointment?

The best way to cancel an appointment if you are unsure is to call or email the clinic as soon as you know that you cannot make the appointment. 24hrs is ideal as we do have clients on cancelation lists. Online bookings cannot be cancelled within 12 hours through the website and must be dealt in person (over the phone). A reminder as per our cancellation policy that anything less than 24 hours notice may attract a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Do I need to schedule a consultation?

We encourage clients to call or email us if you are looking for a last-minute appointment, but unfortunately we don’t cater to walk-ins as we are usually fully booked most days.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes life gets away from us, and we don’t always control events that happen, but we do have a 12 hour notice requirement for cancellations.

We reserve the right to apply a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation with less than 12 hours notice .  After all, someone else might have benefited from a treatment, but was prevented because we were booked.

  • I have rung the clinic multiple times and there has been no answer

There are some days where we do not have anyone manning the front desk exclusively for the 12 hours we are open even though we have therapists working.  However we always endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to also text or email our clinic.
